Brit is seeking a Principal Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across squads and the Technology department. You will partner with the Head of Agile, Scrum Masters, and product teams to foster transparency, collaboration and value delivery, while removing impediments and improving flow.
In this role you will mentor Scrum Masters, guide teams through planning, reviews and retrospectives, and help evolve practices, metrics and tooling at team and scaled levels to achieve predictable outcomes.
