The Team:

Within TRUE Global Intelligence (TGI), we are passionate about using research, data and information to uncover insights that are critical to understanding people, sectors, the media, businesses and markets. Our clients not only look to us to help provide them with business-critical answers for today, but to use this knowledge to innovate and plan for the future.

We’re a friendly, hard-working and curious team of researchers and analysts from a wide range of backgrounds. We conceive and deliver both research, measurement and evaluation strategies for clients and teams across the agency.

Our mission is to put intelligence at the heart of all that the agency delivers. We work across the agency’s entire client portfolio, providing research, analytics and intelligence services focused on corporate reputation, brand marketing, patient awareness, stakeholder engagement, tech innovation, B2B sales and product launches.

The role:

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Social Analyst (Account Manager level) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with excellent business storytelling. You should be highly fluent in social platforms, internet culture and best-practice-measurement, with the ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for clients.

You’ll put those skills to work with our set of Fortune 500 clients – smart social marketers and comms leaders seeking innovative partners to drive their business results. You’ll work on social, digital and AI analytics projects and ongoing work streams in support of these clients.

Key areas include:

Establishing the structure and set-up of research, measurement, and analysis programmes

Implementing methodologies, writing reports and crafting final deliverables

Providing high-level strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams based on data-driven, contextualised findings and trends.

You will be a partner to clients, advising them on how to implement our findings into their team’s operations and outputs. You will be insightful, curious and eager to share your knowledge with others. You will be in-the-know with the latest developments from key social platforms and have an innovative mindset when it comes to leveraging these in your work.

About 80% of your time will be spent on billable work, and the remaining 20% spent on new business and agency initiatives.
