Principal Consultant – Anaplan

Hybrid Working

Up to £100,000 per annum

Our client is looking for an experienced Principal Anaplan Consultant to join their team and take a leading role in the design, delivery and ongoing growth of their Anaplan practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Anaplan professional to move into a highly influential role, working closely with senior stakeholders and C-Suite.

You will take ownership of complex Anaplan solutions, lead solution design and ensure that the platform continues to deliver value as organisation's requirements evolve.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead the design and delivery of complex Anaplan solutions.
• Own the solution architecture and ensure best practice.
• Work closely with senior Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and other business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective planning solutions.
• Lead workshops, user training sessions and solution design activities.
• Provide technical leadership across model development, UX, integrations, data and security.
• Review and optimise existing Anaplan models to improve scalability, usability and performance.
• Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to other team members.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, automation and business insight.

We are looking for an accomplished Anaplan professional who combines strong technical capability with excellent stakeholder-management and consulting skills.

You will ideally have:

• Extensive experience working with Anaplan in a consulting or in-house environment.
• A strong track record of delivering complex Anaplan implementations.
• Excellent model-building and solution-design skills.
• Experience operating at Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, Senior Consultant or Principal level is desirable.
• Strong understanding of Anaplan architecture, UX, integrations, data and security.
• The ability to work effectively with senior business stakeholders and translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience working with delivery and/or support teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Anaplan certifications, ideally including Master Ana planner, would be highly advantageous.
