As a Project Manager, you are the foundation of our delivery team, focusing on mid-sized technical projects. You provide critical visibility, service reviews, and reporting throughout the implementation lifecycle. You are a professional who moves fast to discover simpler ways to deliver results for our customers while adopting a deeply "Customer-Centric" mindset.

• Impact:
  Own and manage the operational relationship with assigned clients, ensuring their applications scale to meet business needs.
• Growth:
  This "Journey-Level" position provides a clear path toward advanced project management by mastering "zero-surprise" reporting.
• Innovation:
  Work with bleeding-edge data warehouse technology in a truly disruptive software environment.

• Project Governance:
  Maintain project documentation and track task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia.
• Work Structures:
  Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associate effort and resource naming to specific tasks.
• Meeting Leadership:
  Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up.
• Conflict Management:
  Navigate internal resource conflicts effectively to keep projects on track.
• Success Metrics:
  Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target and achieve CSAT scores greater than 4.0.

• Typically 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA/Confluence, and fundamental Snowflake architecture.
• Snow Pro Core (required within 60 days of hire).
• Fluent in English and local language fluency where required (regional requirements)
