• Take end‑to‑end accountability for the successful delivery of Salesforce programs and projects for Consumer Goods clients.
• Lead complex, multi‑stream delivery initiatives across functional, technical and integration work streams.
• Establish and manage delivery governance, including planning, risk and issue management, quality assurance, and program reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Accenture quality standards.

• Apply strong understanding of Consumer Goods business processes, including:
  Salesforce effectiveness and sales execution, Trade promotion management and customer planning, Distributor and wholesaler engagement, Retail execution and field sales
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Act as the primary delivery interface for client stakeholders
• Build trusted relationships with client leadership and manage expectations proactively.
• Lead delivery‑related discussions in steering committees and executive forums.

• Lead delivery across Salesforce platforms such as Consumer Goods industry Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Sales & Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, OMS, Data Cloud and Agent Force
• Coordinate integration with enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, TPM, analytics platforms).
• Work closely with Salesforce, ISV partners and Accenture global delivery teams.

• Lead, coach and develop cross‑functional delivery teams, including onshore and offshore resources.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
