About the Role:

As a Delivery Manager, you will:

Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, leveraging tools such as Jira, Trello, and Miro to enhance collaboration and productivity.

Take on Product Owner responsibilities, steering the product vision and aligning it with organisational goals.

Manage sprints and ensure the successful delivery of digital and offline testing products in software and non-software environments.

Facilitate in-person and remote workshops to foster innovation and clarity.

Collaborate across disciplines, managing product development within budget and time constraints.

Apply strategic frameworks like OKRs to set and achieve clear, impactful objectives.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in a product owner or delivery-focused roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex products.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address delivery challenges and navigate ambiguity effectively.

Resilience and adaptability to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to build and influence relationships across all levels.

Strategic thinking and the ability to align product and delivery efforts with organisational objectives.

Skills and Behaviours:
