Systems Lead, Business Systems & Technology Analysis, IT​/Tech

Are you passionate about turning complex systems into powerful business enablers? We're looking for a proactive Systems Lead to become the driving force behind one of our most business-critical platforms, ensuring it delivers maximum value across Europe. In this highly visible role, you'll own the performance, development and evolution of our Demantra platform, partnering with Sales, Finance, Business Intelligence, IT and external providers to optimise processes, influence strategic projects and support key budget and investment planning.

Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and manage commercial data and processes.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyse, manipulate and present complex datasets.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across technical and non-technical teams.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations and wider business stakeholders.

Recognised subject matter expertise, with the ability to provide technical guidance, support and knowledge sharing across central and local ITCG teams.

Demonstrable experience working with complex data structures, system architecture or enterprise business systems.

Experience with in a retail, distribution or FMCG environment would be advantageous.

Knowledge of Oracle R11/R12, Demantra or similar enterprise planning and forecasting systems would be advantageous.

Experience supporting large-scale business system implementations, upgrades or transformation projects would be advantageous.

Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting platforms, such as OBIEE or similar analytics tools, would be advantageous.

Experience working with third-party system providers and managing Service Request (SR) and Change Request (CR) processes would be advantageous.

An understanding of sales planning, budgeting, forecasting or investment management processes would be advantageous.
