Location: Greater London
Deliveroo is seeking a senior policy and risk specialist to lead our fraud and abuse reduction efforts for courier/rider platforms. You will translate insights into proportionate policies, balance risk with customer outcomes, and drive practical programmatic responses across legal, policy and product teams.
You will collaborate with Data Science, Trust and Operations to implement robust controls and monitor effectiveness, while navigating regulatory requirements across multiple markets.
