La Fosse are excited to be partnering with a leading independent global brand and design agency with around 350 employees across 8 studios worldwide, including 160–165 people in London.
This is Data Commercial Analyst is a great opportunity to join a brand-new Data function and help shape how the business uses data across Finance, Operations, HR, Project Management and wider business systems.
The RoleWe’re looking for a Data Commercial Analyst who can bridge the gap between the business and technology. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyse data and turn insights into practical solutions.
This is not a purely technical role - strong stakeholder management and commercial understanding are just as important as your technical capability.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and translate business requirements into practical data and systems solutions.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards using DAX and Microsoft Fabric.
- Use SQL for analysis, validation and data quality checks.
- Work with Data Engineering to investigate and resolve data issues.
- Analyse commercial, operational, financial and resourcing data.
- Support process improvement, UAT and implementation of new systems.
- Define KPIs, business rules and reporting requirements.
- Work with senior stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations clearly.
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Analytics Engineer or similar.
- Strong Power BI, DAX, SQL and Excel skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping and UAT.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercially minded, analytical and comfortable working across multiple business functions.
- Experience with in creative, professional services, technology or project-based environments would be advantageous.
The Data function is being built from the ground up, giving you genuine opportunity to influence the agency’s data architecture, processes, reporting and wider data strategy.
You’ll be joining at an exciting point in their data journey, with plenty of scope to make an impact and help shape how the business uses data going forward.
- Hybrid: Tuesday–Thursday in the office, 9am–6pm
- Technology: Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, DAX, SQL, Excel
- 24 days holiday + last Friday of every month off —
