Location: Greater London
Axway in London seeks a Senior Director, Cloud Operations to own the end-to-end health of our cloud environments globally and lead a distributed team across EMEA. You will drive incident-to-insight across SaaS and managed cloud platforms, ensuring reliable, scalable services for customers.
You will own global SLA/SLR performance, build rigorous reporting cadences, and lead P1/P2 war rooms with disciplined post-incident reviews.
