What you’ll have the opportunity to do as a manager

Leading large-scale transformation programmes and complex client engagements

Solving complex business problems and influencing strategic decision-making at senior levels

Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders and executives

Managing teams and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple work streams

Driving business development activity, including contributing to and leading proposals and RFPsIdentifying growth opportunities within accounts and supporting wider practice development

Coaching and developing junior team members

Delivering measurable business outcomes for clients

About the Candidate The right Manager should have:7–10 years’ experience in consulting, programme management, or transformation environments

Strong experience leading engagements and managing teams in a client-facing setting

Proven ability to communicate with and influence senior stakeholders

Demonstrable experience in business development and contributing to revenue growthA track record of delivering complex programmes and driving business outcomes

Strong problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking

An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities

Experience building long-term client relationships and growing accounts
