Operations Resources is seeking an experienced Corporate Service Desk IT Technician to provide dedicated onsite IT support to the head office staff. Based at Tolworth/Surbiton, the role covers 1st and 2nd line support, AD administration, and VIP service delivery, with occasional IT projects under the IT Manager.
You will join a fast-paced MSP environment, liaising with 3rd party suppliers and maintaining daily ITSM records while ensuring uptime and high-quality customer experience.
