Red Tech is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Central London to provide frontline IT support across end-user devices and internal systems. You will own issues from diagnosis to resolution, set up laptops, manage user access, and assist with onboarding and security tasks.
The role offers exposure to systems administration, infrastructure, and security projects in a fast-paced AI software environment. On-site work five days a week.
