Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance Capri’s global Planning, Allocation, and Pricing technology platforms. This role combines responsibility for business‑as‑usual system support and continuous improvement with a key role in delivering a major global transformation supporting strategic Allocation system initiatives You will work closely with global business and IT teams, acting as a trusted partner to Planning, Allocation, and Pricing functions, and helping shape the future systems landscape as Capri continues to evolve its technology capabilities.

This role sits within a global team, reporting to the Manager, Planning & Allocation Systems (US‑based), with close alignment to the Director, Planning & Allocation Systems (UK‑based).

• Provide day‑to‑day support for:
  Blue Yonder Enterprise Planning (EP) Blue Yonder Advanced Allocation (AAL) Zebra Lifecycle Pricing (LCP) Foresight Retail Assortment Planning
• Act as the primary point of contact for system incidents, defects, and user queries
• Manage and prioritise tickets across internal teams and external vendors
• Ensure system stability, performance, and data integrity across global environments

• Own and manage a backlog of enhancements and improvements
• Work with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
• Translate requirements into functional specifications
• Support testing (UAT), releases, and deployment of changes
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve automation, and enhance user experience

• Support solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and rollout
• Partner with business teams to define and validate future‑state allocation processes
• Support data migration, integrations, and cutover activities
• Drive business readiness, training, and adoption of the new platform
• Ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to the future solution

• Act as a trusted IT partner to global Planning, Allocation, and Pricing teams
• Understand regional requirements and ensure solutions work across markets
• Provide guidance on system capabilities and best practices
• Support training, documentation, and change adoption
• Support the adoption of advanced analytics and AI‑driven capabilities, helping the business leverage new tools to improve forecasting, allocation decisions, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency

• Support data flows between Planning, Allocation, Pricing, and downstream systems (e.g. ERP, BI)
• Troubleshoot data issues and work with integration teams to resolve defects
• Contribute to improvements in data quality, visibility, and reporting

• Maintain system documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base materials
• Ensure all changes follow governance, release, and testing standards
• Support audit, compliance, and operational controls

This role is expected to adapt and grow as Capri’s systems landscape evolves, taking on additional responsibilities across new platforms, capabilities, and technologies as required.

The successful candidate will contribute to shaping future ways of working, including increased use of automation, data, and AI across Planning, Allocation, and Pricing domains.
