Flying Colours Consultancy Limited in London is seeking a Senior Desktop Engineer to join our client-facing IT team. You will handle L2/L3 desktop support, imaging, device enrolment, and service desk tasks using Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Teams.
You will liaise with end-users on the floor, provide strong customer service, resolve hardware and software issues, and maintain network components including VPNs as part of a broader IT operations role.
