This is an excellent opportunity for an established infrastructure professional with strong networking expertise who enjoys combining hands-on technical work with operational oversight. • Experience working within IT service management frameworks and ticketing systems.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and take ownership of issues through to successful resolution, translating business requirements to technical initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality services.

  • Provide functional oversight of infrastructure support activities, helping to prioritise workloads and maintain high service standards.
  • Manage and support networking technologies including switches, routers, wireless networks, firewalls and connectivity services.
  • Contribute to infrastructure projects, upgrades and technology refresh programmes.
  • Work closely with suppliers and third-party support partners to ensure effective service delivery.
