Skills:

Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and wider Finance and HR business systems within large, complex enterprise environments. Key Skills & Experience Enterprise / Solutions Architecture within a large enterprise Strong ERP implementation and business transformation experience Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud ERP expertise Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, HR and Tax processes Acting as a thought leader and subject matter expert (SME) in how Oracle Fusion can optimise, streamline and accelerate core business processes.

Business requirements, process design and fit/gap analysis Target, transition and solution architecture Strong senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework Oracle ERP certification desirable Were particularly interested in candidates who can bridge the gap between business strategy, functional processes and technology architecture, rather than candidates focused solely on technical migration.
