P2P Training & Hypercare Specialist – Contract Are you the person people call when they say, “Can you just show me how to do this?” We're looking for a confident P2P Training & Hypercare Specialist to jump into a major SAP S/4

HANA Procure-to-Pay transformation , helping users get ready for go-live and supporting them once the new world becomes reality. London – 3 days per week in the office £595 per day – Inside IR35 6 months What's in it for you? You will be right at the heart of the P2P rollout, delivering training, creating and maintaining user-friendly materials, running refresher sessions and providing hands-on hypercare support after go-live.

You will work with SMEs, Process Leads, Change & Training teams and business stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies – so no two days should feel quite the same! We're looking for someone who:
Has 7 years' experience in training, business readiness, change enablement or ERP implementations. Understands Procure-to-Pay processes – from vendor onboarding and requisitioning through to POs, invoicing and AP. Is comfortable delivering classroom, virtual and workshop-based training . Has excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Can turn complicated processes into something users actually understand! Ideally has experience with SAP S/4

HANA and tools such as Vroozi, Basware, Signavio, Walk Me or APEX Vendor Onboarding . The bottom line… If you enjoy helping people navigate change, know your P2P from your P-card, and can keep calm when the post-go-live questions start flying in — we'd love to hear from you!
