Location: Greater London
dmg media is seeking an Analytics Manager – Customer to lead the analytics across acquisition, retention and customer value. You will own the customer analytics pillar end-to-end within the Central Analytics team and manage a team of analysts, delivering insights with strong commercial impact.
You will work with Customer, CRM, Product and Audience teams to translate data into actionable recommendations that shape strategy and optimise subscriber growth.
