Pension Systems – Support Engineer

Are you an experienced pensions technology professional with deep expertise in Compendia? We’re looking for a highly skilled individual to join a specialist team supporting and enhancing a critical pension administration platform within a secure, high-profile client environment.

• Providing support for a complex pension administration platform
• Supporting integrations with Oracle Fusion, legacy Oracle ERP systems & bespoke pension processes
• Leading pension system migration and data cleansing activities
• Troubleshooting incidents, improving system performance & managing vendor escalations
• Supporting pension calculations, workflows and regulatory compliance
• Working closely with infrastructure, development and pensions administration teams

• Strong hands-on experience with Compendia
• Expertise in pension administration systems, backend structures & interfaces
• Knowledge of public sector pension schemes including Classic, Premium, Nuvos & Alpha
• Experience with MS SQL, Oracle databases and secure-by-default environments
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

Additional experience with platforms such as Capita Hartlink, Civica UPM or Procentia Intelli Pen would be highly beneficial.

Due to client security requirements, candidates must be UK nationals with 10+ years continuous UK residency and willing to undergo security clearance.
