• Manageand optimise the website as a core digital channel, ensuring all hotel andF&B content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our commercialpriorities.
• Continuouslyanalyse website performance (traffic, engagement, conversion), identifying opportunities to improve user journeys and booking performance.
• Support and execute SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-pageoptimisation, and content improvements to drive organic visibility.
• Contribute to the development of SEO and website strategy, bringing insights based on performance data and modern search trends.
• Actas a key point of contact for external web and technology partners,supporting the implementation of new tools, features, and integrations.
• Ensuretracking, tagging, and data flows are correctly set up to support campaignmeasurement and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with agencies to implement technical SEO recommendations and monitor overall site health.
• Supportpaid media and CRM activity by ensuring landing pages are optimised and assisting with email campaign execution where required.
• Champion digital excellence, maintaining brand consistency across all digitaltouchpoints and supporting the delivery of the digital roadmap.

• 2-3years' experience in a digital marketing, eCommerce, or website-focused role (in-house or agency).
• Strong exposure to SEO and website content management, with a clear understanding of how structure impacts search performance.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and confidence in managing and updating complex website content.
• Analytical and technical skills, specifically with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how website content is structured.
• Aproactive mindset with the confidence to suggest ideas and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Highly organised with strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the abilityto manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across internal teams and external agencies.
