DAG Tech in London is seeking a Tier II IT Support Engineer to join the Engineering Operations team. You will provide front-line support for end-users and manage technology systems on-site.
Responsibilities include configuring desktops and laptops, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, supporting video conferencing, onboarding and offboarding users, and maintaining accurate documentation with time tracking. This is a contract role with on-site work in London, 10–40 hours per week.
