Location: Greater London
EMJ, based in London, seeks a CRM & Data Insight Lead to own the growth and integrity of our audience database using Hub Spot. You will collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver reliable data that informs evidence-based decisions and strategic focus across the organisation.
You'll prepare, clean, and maintain data, manage imports/exports, and build dashboards to support campaigns and reporting. Hybrid role with onsite London Moorgate, 3 days in the office during probation.
