What Youll Do
Serve as the primary operational contact for both Arabic and English-speaking enterprise accounts, building strong relationships.
Lead client kick-offs, conduct personalized onboarding sessions, and strategically structure learning program rollouts.
Efficiently manage asynchronous technical troubleshooting, including logging bugs, collecting diagnostic information, and resolving setup issues within strict response time frames.
Work a Sunday through Thursday schedule to align seamlessly with the operational days of our regional clients.
Track project deliverables using various project management tools and analyze fundamental platform adoption metrics to inform strategy.
What Youll Bring
Native-level fluency in Arabic and professional fluency in English, enabling seamless communication with diverse clients.
A minimum of 2 years of B2B client-facing experience in project management, customer success, or technical support roles within a SaaS environment.
Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, , Asana, Trello, or Notion.
Exceptional asynchronous communication skills and a proven ability to work independently and proactively.
Availability to work a Sunday Thursday shift pattern and a notice period of 2 weeks or less.
