Are you an experienced IT Project Manager Do you have at least one successful end-to-end Housing Management System implementation under your belt Let Informed Recruitment help you to achieve your potential with an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to replace a legacy application portfolio with a new integrated housing management ERP system. As a specialist provider of resources to the Property and Technology markets we are seeking a pragmatic social and analytical Project Manager to work with a rapidly expanding Social Enterprise and help manage the project that will transform their services and improve their data.

The purpose of the role is to work closely with both non-technical and technical members of the team to ensure the production of project deliverables by managing project scoping project planning and resource planning as well as risk issue stakeholder & budget management. Day-to-day responsibilities will include the creation of project plans monitoring project progress/timelines adjusting schedules whilst managing stakeholder expectations resolving issues taking responsibility for technical design documentation facilitating requirement gathering managing user acceptance testing taking review sessions and negotiating deliverables.

Requirements

• A successful commercial track record in Project Management leading project teams and implementing projects and IT solutions on time to budget and with quality.
• Experience implementing at least one housing management application (Such as NEC Housing Aareon QL/Home master/ActiveH Civica Cx MRI Enterprise/Housing One/Open Housing Rubixx HMS Platform developments in D365 or Salesforce or similar)
• Experience leading data improvement programmes

Nice to Have

• Project Management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMP

As an individual you will have strong organisation skills be able to thrive under pressure deliver to deadlines and be proactive with a pragmatic analytical and logical mind. You will be comfortable engaging and influencing at all levels with third party stakeholders and at executive level. You will also be mobile and prepared to travel to sites in the when necessary.
