THE TEAM

Live Nation Entertainment is the largest live entertainment company in the world consisting of five businesses: concert promotion and venue operations sponsorship ticketing solutions e-commerce and artist management. Live Nation seeks to innovate and enhance the live entertainment experience for artists and fans: before during and after the show.

This role is a core function within our Global IT department and will report to the SVP Global Tech Ops.

This role will oversee the many global M&A IT integrations along with supporting the SVP Global IT Ops and the Programme Director of M&As managing onboarding newly acquired companies.

THE JOB

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Programme Manager who can apply the principles of professional project management to develop and manage our global newly acquired companies IT integrations providing excellent customer service along with meeting KPIs.

You will have broad experience of overseeing programmes in a mixed methodology environment providing a consistent reliable service to business sponsors and this role you will manage and deliver programmes by coordinating activities and delivery across multiple related projects that span technology and operational teams. These programmes deliver strategic initiatives that enable business transformation. You will have the aptitude and contextual perspective to understand how multiple parts work together.

You will be able to adapt to different areas of the business to meet demands.

You will understand the importance of setting objectives and agreeing a set of key results to demonstrate the success of outcomes and initiatives. Crucially you will be a great communicator youll be able to communicate through metrics showcases and presentations and tailor messages appropriately for the target audience whether discussing project health with the executive team or presenting at steering groups and at conferences.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Manage and deliver IT infrastructure technology programmes by coordinating activities and delivery across multiple related projects that span both technology and operational teams
• Assist the SVP global tech ops with managing the onboarding of newly acquired companies working closely with tech teams around the world local IT teams and an outsourced partner to bring these companies into our LNE corporate processes and systems in a compliant way.
• Accountable for delivering a risk assessment of previously acquired companies IT integrations did we leave anything behind in terms of technology that is not part of our corporate network and documenting the risk and remediation steps necessary to become compliant.
• Ensure that projects/programmes are managed and executed within specified time frames and budget in accordance with quality and benefit targets using defined controls processes and support tools following defined PMO project management methodologies
• Responsible for M&A IT executive project reporting to SVP IT and business leaders. Preparing presentations for businesses business case submissions on behalf of IT for inclusion into the businesses business cases and assisting the SVP IT with preparation of materials for key business meetings.
• Collaborate with teams to identify log track and resolve principles of professional project management such as Risk Issue Dependency Decision and Change Management Resource and Capacity Management and leverage these to improve control and visibility
