LEAP is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to join our Battersea office in London on a permanent hybrid basis (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
You’ll deliver excellent client support via email, phone and live chat, using Salesforce, and develop product knowledge to resolve inquiries promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role suits a proactive communicator eager to grow in a dynamic Legal Tech environment.
