The role covers Help Desk escalations, Azure administration, M365 management, endpoint deployment, and network troubleshooting in a hands-on, broad‑scope capacity.
The position is full-time and hybrid, reporting to the CIO, with a standard Mon-Fri schedule. Strong collaboration with vendors and cross‑functional teams is expected.
