Lead Dev Sec Ops Engineer
You'll take technical ownership of the Dev Sec Ops platform, setting the roadmap and making the key decisions around tooling, architecture and engineering standards.

This is a hands-on lead role with real technical ownership. You'll improve the developer experience while making software delivery more secure, reliable and repeatable.
- Own and evolve the
internal developer platform - Design and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling
- Build secure, repeatable patterns for cloud infrastructure
- Drive
Infrastructure as Code and Git Ops - Own Git Lab and the wider engineering toolchain
- Embed security into delivery without slowing engineers down
- Improve automation, observability and platform reliability
- Help grow and mentor the Dev Sec Ops team
- Experience building
developer platforms, platform tooling or complex CI/CD environments - Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge
- Hands-on
Kubernetes
experience - Terraform, Open Tofu or Pulumi
- Python, Go or Bash
- scripting/software engineering skills
- Strong understanding of secure software delivery and modern Dev Sec Ops
- A mindset focused on
automation, simplicity and developer experience
- This is primarily an
office-based role
, working closely with software, AI and infrastructure engineering teams. - You'll need the
right to work in the UK
and be eligible to obtain
UK Security Check (SC) clearance
