Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Live Service Lead

This is a contract role for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform specialist to take the lead on a business-critical CRM environment within a London-based Council.

You will act as the senior functional and technical lead for the live Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform service, ensuring it remains stable, secure and fully supported. Working closely with ICT, suppliers, developers and senior stakeholders, you will take ownership of complex issues, service priorities, change and release activity.

You will need strong experience of:

• Dynamics 365 CE, particularly Customer Service, and the Power Platform/Dataverse
• Managing live services, including incidents, problems, changes and releases
• Troubleshooting CRM, integration, data, security and performance issues
• Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
• Azure integrations, including an understanding of Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus
• Azure Dev Ops or similar tools
• Working with suppliers, technical teams and senior business stakeholders

Alongside keeping the current CRM service running effectively, you will also support the Council's future CRM transition, helping with discovery, data and process mapping, integration analysis and migration readiness.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Dynamics 365 professional who can combine hands-on technical expertise with strong live service leadership and stakeholder management.

Location:

London - 2 days per week in the office
Rate: £750 per day Inside IR35
