Training Delivery Lead

Location: London (hybrid working - 2-3 days onsite)

Duration: 12 months +

Vetting: SC security clearance will be required

• Training Delivery Leadership:
  Proven experience leading the design, mobilisation and delivery of large-scale training programmes within complex organisations.
• Digital Transformation:
  Strong experience supporting major digital, technology or business transformation programmes, translating change into effective learning interventions.
• Government/Public Sector
  
  Experience:
  
  Experience delivering within Central Government or similarly complex, regulated environments, with an understanding of government governance and delivery structures.
• Learning Strategy & Design:
  Ability to develop training strategies, learning pathways, materials and delivery approaches for diverse user groups and capability levels.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Strong experience engaging senior stakeholders, programme teams, SMEs and cross-functional delivery teams across multiple organisations or departments.
• Delivery & Performance Management:
  Ability to manage training plans, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, KPIs and reporting to ensure delivery at pace.

• Previous experience delivering cross-government or multi-departmental transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of GDS principles, Service Standard and government digital delivery approaches.
• Experience delivering training associated with new digital services, platforms, processes or operating models.
• Experience of train-the-trainer, blended learning and large-scale user adoption approaches.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, change management and adoption methodologies.
• Recognised qualification in Learning & Development, Change Management, Agile, Project/Programme Management or similar.
• Security Clearance:
  Willing and eligible to undergo SC clearance; active SC would be advantageous.

Our client operates hybrid working 2-3 days in London, with occasional client site visits will be required into Glasgow.
