Lead Product Delivery Manager - Healthcare / NHS

550 per day Outside IR35

Were supporting a major national digital transformation programme delivering high-impact data products across the healthcare ecosystem.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to lead delivery across a portfolio of complex user-centred products that are transforming how operational data is used to drive better outcomes. Youll shape delivery at scale influence senior stakeholders and play a key role in accelerating product maturity across multiple teams.

The Role

Youll lead one or more multi-disciplinary product teams driving end-to-end delivery across a suite of data-led digital products. Working in a high-ambition environment youll ensure delivery is aligned to both strategic outcomes and user needs while maintaining strong agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital/data products across multiple teams
• Oversee delivery against roadmap milestones and key outcomes
• Manage dependencies risks and performance using data-driven insight
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape priorities and delivery approach
• Drive high-quality agile delivery across product teams
• Remove blockers and ensure smooth collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
• Support and mentor Product Delivery Managers and wider delivery teams
• Contribute to strategic product direction and roadmap development

What Were Looking For

• Product Management experience within a healthcare setting
• Prior Health Digital experience
• Proven experience leading delivery across complex digital or data programmes
• Strong background in agile user-centred and iterative delivery environments
• Experience managing multiple teams or portfolios at scale
• Excellent stakeholder engagement at senior levels
• Strong understanding of delivery governance risk and performance management
• Ideally experience working with data platforms data products or large-scale transformation
