Due to the nature of client work you will be undertaking, you will need to be willing to go through a Security Clearance process as part of this role, which requires 5+ years UK address history at the point of application.

As a PAM Consultant, you will…Design and implement scalable Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions tailored to client environments, covering policies, processes, and tooling

Lead the deployment and configuration of PAM platforms (e.g. Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust), ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems

Identify and assess risks related to privileged access, defining and implementing effective mitigation strategies

Strengthen security posture by proactively managing vulnerabilities across privileged accounts

Ensure PAM solutions align with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g. SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA)
Define, implement, and enforce PAM governance frameworks, policies, and best practices

Essential Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field

Strong experience in IT security, with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Hands-on experience with leading PAM solutions (e.g. Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, Thycotic/Delinea)
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of cloud-specific PAM requirements

Strong understanding of PAM principles, controls, and best practices

Solid knowledge of IAM concepts, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements

Desirable Skills Master’s degree or advanced academic qualification

Experience with scripting and automation (e.g. Power Shell, Python) to support PAM operations

Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure

Clear communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
