Looking for:

-

• Owns end-to-end Ops Res design, governance and operating model. Requires DORA awareness, architecture leadership, service management expertise and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work under Clients customers' direction within an existing Ops Res programme, TOM, governance framework and control environment.
• Practical understanding of Important Business Services, impact tolerances, service chain mapping, scenario testing, resilience risk and regulatory evidence.
• Clear communication, stakeholder management and ability to translate complex resilience issues into actionable backlog items.
• Evidence of structured delivery discipline: prioritisation, RACI, RAID, governance reporting, quality assurance and knowledge transfer.

  • Strong background in technology architecture, service management, infrastructure operations, managed services or operational resilience delivery.
