About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale Magento to Shopify Plus migration.

This is a hands-on role coordinating multiple work streams across development, design, QA, content, data and external agencies. You will help keep the project on track, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure a smooth, well-governed go-live within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the migration roadmap, project plan, milestones and RACI
• Coordinate development, design, QA, content and agency teams
• Track product/customer data, order history, SEO redirects, integrations, themes and analytics
• Support requirements gathering, feature scoping, prioritisation and change control
• Coordinate UAT, testing and defect resolution
• Oversee migration of website content, landing pages, blogs and promotional assets
• Manage project documentation, status reports, risks, issues and decisions
• Run stand-ups, project meetings and stakeholder updates
• Identify and escalate risks, blockers and scope creep
• Coordinate Shopify and development partners
