We Do Data is seeking a proactive 2nd Line IT Technician to support day-to-day operations and participate in cloud migrations and security upgrades. You will engage across the Microsoft environment, helping with device deployment and escalation for 1st line requests.
The role requires energetic customer service and experience with Microsoft 365, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Active Directory, Entra , and Group Policy. On-site role with parking and education commitments.
