A rapidly growing technology company is looking for a Lead Dev Sec Ops  Engineer to take ownership of cloud infrastructure, secure software delivery, and the systems that underpin a growing technology platform. • Lead the development and evolution of Dev Sec Ops  and cloud infrastructure
• Design and maintain secure, reliable CI/CD and deployment processes
• Build automation that improves the speed and quality of software delivery
• Embed security best practices throughout the development lifecycle
• Improve infrastructure reliability, scalability and observability
• Establish engineering standards across infrastructure and security
• Provide technical leadership and support the development of other engineers

• Strong background in Dev Ops, Platform, Infrastructure or SRE
• Excellent understanding of security and secure software development
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, containers and infrastructure-as-code
• Strong experience automating development and deployment environments
• Experience taking technical ownership of projects, systems or teams
• Comfortable working across engineering and security
• Pragmatic, hands-on approach with strong attention to quality
