Quant Capital is urgently looking a Senior Trading Systems Engineer to join our high profile client.

Our client is one of the world’s top Prop Trading Houses. They trade across a wide range of asset classes globally. They cover the global markets by leveraging and integrating technology, risk management and quantitative research.

As a Senior Trading Systems Engineer you will have expertise in infrastructure engineering and supporting relevant systems. You will be joining a world class team based in London and helping build and deploy low latency trading systems.

Skills and responsibilities as a senior trading systems engineer:

Deploying and supporting third part trading applications and high-performance infrastructure technology.

Systems administration and maintenance

You will be involved in automating processes and monitoring complex systems.

Liaising with exchanges and clearing firms to resolve technical issues.

Mentoring junior members of the team.

Collaborating with traders and developer while designing and implementing a world class production environment.

Scripting ability is a must in at least one of the following;
Python, Perl, Shell Linux and Unix systems administration

Windows server and desktop support experience

Interest in Dev Ops principles

Strong problem solving skills

Netwroking skills TCP/IP etcThe environment is that of Facebook or Google, relaxed open with time to think and make the right decisions. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed with an open dress code.
