Senior Crystal Reports Technical Consultant Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Technical Consultant to join our high profile client.

Our client is the world’s leading market portfolio risk analytics businesses.

They have a start up type feel with a very flat hierarchy and the ability to make decisions quickly. Management are effective and prefer to give responsibility rather than micromanage. You will have the ability to run clients, configurations and implementations on your own from day 1.The primary purpose of the Implementation Consultant is to provide technical delivery of implementations and configurations across the fund market.

The Technical Consultant will be responsible for running your own projects as well as working closely with presales.

The Implementation Consultant would be expected to work proactively and deliver expert technical assistance in design and delivery of their infrastructure to the company’s clients; this is to enable a confident operation and rapid return on infrastructure investment.

Greenfield Implementation planning and delivery

Serve as a liaison between clients and Professional Services team for specific project deliverables.

Create report templates in accordance with client requirements and defined best practices using SQLThe role requires the candidate to work independently, and is collaborative in nature. The candidate should be adept at problem solving through innovation, making confident decisions under pressure with aggressive time frames and have a proven track record on successfully overseeing a number of projects of differing scales.

Technical Consultants must have:
Degree in Computer Science or another technical related field3 years commercial experience of Implementation or Consultancy Experience Client facing

Microsoft SQL Server based skills PL/SQL Experience of Crystal Reports Ideally some Scripting Ability in Perl, shell, Bash, Python or Korn Understanding of the development lifecycle

This role suits someone from a software consulting or implementation background that is looking to take on serious responsibility. You will also have to sign an NDA due to the close proximity you have to funds very important IP. We are looking for consultants who want to take ownership of products and take considerable responsibility and the bonus that goes with that.
