As an IAM Consultant, you will…Support and deliver complex Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) implementations across leading platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta)
Work directly with clients to understand challenges and deliver practical, high-impact identity solutions

Build deep expertise in at least one leading IGA tool and contribute to multi-platform delivery environments

Contribute to internal initiatives, helping shape and grow the IAM capability across the practice

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes in enterprise environments

Essential Skills Extensive experience in IAM / security architecture

Proven delivery of IGA solutions in enterprise environments

Hands-on experience with tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta)
Strong knowledge of access control, SSO, MFA, and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP)

Experience with cloud identity platforms (Azure AD / Entra , AWS IAM)
Desirable Skills Certifications (CISSP, CISM, TOGAF) or advanced degree

Experience with PAM solutions

Exposure to regulations (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA)
