If you want to build meaningful products, solve real problems and make a genuine difference for local businesses, we’d love to hear from youYour Mission As our People Systems Analyst, you’ll own the systems that keep the People departmentrunning. From our core HR system to the integrations, workflows, and reports that sitaround it, you’ll make sure everything is set up well, works reliably, and keeps getting betterover time.

You’ll configure and maintain our systems, build integrations and automations that removemanual work, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and keep our people data accurate and dependable. You’ll work closely with vendors, support the wider team with reports and testing, and constantly look for smarter, simpler ways to do things.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, likes making systems work seamlessly, and takes pride in getting the detail right. You’ll have real ownership overhow our People systems run — and a direct impact on how smoothly the whole departmentoperates.

Responsibilities Set up and maintain our HR systems configuration across the whole People department

Build integrations and workflows that connect our systems and tools

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as they come up Coordinate vendors and manage support tickets through to resolution

Keep our systems documentation clear and up to date Build operational reports that give the team the data it needs

Find and build automation opportunities that cut out manual work

Keep our people data accurate, consistent, and reliable

Support system testing for new features and changes

Support improvements to our processes and systems

Monitor how our systems are performing and flag issues early

Our systems are stable, reliable, and dependable

Manual, repetitive work is reduced through automation

People data is accurate and trustworthy

Workflows are efficient and easy to useThe team confidently adopts and uses our systems and tools

Requirements

Hands-on experience with HiBob and Jira (both essential) — you’ve configured, maintained, or worked closely with these systems day to day Confident building integrations, workflows, and automations between systems

Strong reporting and data skills, including advanced Excel; SQL is a plusA methodical troubleshooter who can investigate and resolve system issues

Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity

Comfortable managing vendors, support tickets, and competing prioritiesA clear communicator who can write good documentation and explain systems to non-technical colleagues

Experience with Deel is a nice to have
