Xact Placements Limited in Mitcham, London (On-site) is seeking a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer to join a growing MSP. You will deliver hands-on technical support while coordinating team workloads and service delivery.
Ideal candidates have 2nd/3rd line MSP experience, strong Microsoft 365/Windows knowledge, and basic networking. Forti Gate and MDM exposure are desirable;
PowerBI knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication and organisation are essential.
