As the sole analytics hire reporting to the CEO, you will own the end-to-end data lifecycle for a profitable health-tech platform. You’ll design tracking plans, direct engineering resources via precise specifications, and build trusted attribution models in a regulated environment. This role is about driving strategic decisions, not just building dashboards.

• Direct influence on the CEO and full ownership of the analytics function from day one.

• Authority to direct a ring-fenced engineering allocation to build exactly the data infrastructure you specify.

• Create and maintain the tracking plan as the single source of truth for all measurement and identity resolution.
• Develop engineering-grade specifications for pipelines and transformations, personally performing QA on all data deliverables.
• Establish a unified metrics layer for executive and board reporting, eliminating shadow-copies and ensuring data trust.

• 5+ years in growth or product analytics, having previously designed and lived with complex tracking plans from scratch.
• Deep experience building attribution models within GDPR constraints, ideally in a regulated vertical like health or fintech.
• Expert SQL skills and the ability to write unambiguous technical specifications for engineering teams to build from.
