Performance Tester – Security Cleared

• Work on performance testing projects covering API, Front End, and UI-based performance testing
• Gather performance test requirements through project and client engagement meetings
• Review and analyse non-functional requirements (NFRs) to ensure they are clear and testable
• Develop performance test scripts
• Execute and report on performance tests to technical and business stakeholders
• Identify performance test failures against NFRs
• Perform performance testing against Azure infrastructure
• Carry out performance test analysis
• Communicate issues and risks clearly and promptly to relevant stakeholders
• Support performance testing projects for public and private sector clients

• Experienced Non Functional Test Engineer with demonstrable experience in Performance Testing and Non Functional Testing
• Performance testing background is required; candidates without demonstrable performance testing experience will not be considered
• Experience working as a performance tester/engineer in previous roles
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively
• Experience developing, executing, and maintaining performance test scripts
• Experience with Gatling (preferred), JMeter, or Load Runner
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience working with client teams or third parties
• Experience in other areas of NFT such as Accessibility, Compatibility, Usability, or Disaster Recovery would be beneficial
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to engage successfully with team members and clients

Demonstrates expertise in Performance Testing and Non-Functional Testing, with a strong ability to develop and execute performance test scripts while effectively communicating issues and risks to stakeholders. Proficient in performance testing on Azure infrastructure and engaging with client teams.
