On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Delivery Lead for a 6 month contract (potential for extension) based in London (3 days per week in the office and 2 from home). Job description - the role Purpose of the role:
The Delivery Lead will play a central role in supporting the continued development and modernisation of the technology platforms used by the Securitised and Convertible Bond Trading businesses, balancing strategic transformation, regulatory commitments, production stability and day-to-day business requirements. What you'll do:
Partner with the Engineering Lead to define product strategy, delivery roadmaps and technology investment priorities for the Securitised and Convertible Bond Trading businesses. Act as the primary interface between front-office stakeholders and technology teams, translating business objectives into clear, prioritised delivery plans. Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives from inception through implementation, adoption and ongoing product enhancement. Coordinate delivery across globally distributed engineering teams, driving execution, governance and accountability for outcomes, working closely with trading, sales and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for platform improvement and technology modernisation.

Ensure transparency of progress, delivery status and strategic priorities across senior stakeholders and global teams. The skills you'll need:
Significant Product Ownership, Programme Management or Technology Delivery experience within investment banking or capital markets, with a strong understanding of front-office trading businesses and technology platforms. Demonstrable experience defining product vision and roadmaps, managing prioritised backlogs and leading complex, cross-functional programmes from inception through delivery and adoption. Strong data-analysis skills, with the ability to interpret business and operational data, identify trends and insights, define meaningful metrics and use evidence to support prioritisation and investment decisions.

Proven ability to partner with Engineering Leads, architects and development teams, applying agile delivery practices while managing governance, financials, milestones, risks and dependencies. Highly effective communicator and stakeholder manager, able to influence senior stakeholders, resolve competing priorities and drive accountable, outcome-focused decisions across global teams.
