Experience in social impact, DEI, and/or environmental reporting is valuable, but we are also interested in candidates with strong people analytics or HR reporting backgrounds who can apply those skills in this context.
How You’ll Make an Impact:

- Establish and maintain clear, consistent standards for the naming, definition, calculation, and use of metrics, ensuring reporting consistency, comparability, and auditability.
Impact Evaluation Framework
- Design and deploy a comprehensive Impact Evaluation Framework to measure outputs, outcomes, and longer-term impact of DEI and social investment programs.
- Establish clear theories of change/logic models, indicator hierarchies, baselines, targets, and data collection protocols for programs and partnerships.
- Evaluate, select, and onboard external platforms or tools to support impact measurement (e.g., survey/impact platforms, partner reporting portals), including vendor due diligence, procurement support, integration design, and ongoing management.
- Develop standard partner reporting templates, guidance, and SLAs; oversee training and continuous support for charity partners to improve data quality and consistency.
- Conduct periodic impact reviews and learning cycles; translate findings into program improvements and strategic recommendations for leadership.
Data governance and quality
- Establish and maintain data governance for DEI and CSR datasets, including data dictionaries, lineage, controls, and audit trails.
