Senior Data Architect

Salary: £53,000 - 82,000 per year

• Enterprise data architecture experience.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Experience with AWS and/or GCP.
• Experience designing modern cloud data platforms.
• Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse architectures.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and architecture best practices.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, or data science platforms is highly desirable.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.

• Design and architect enterprise-scale cloud data platforms.
• Define data architecture strategies, standards, and governance.
• Deliver modern data solutions using Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, and GCP.
• Enable advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning capabilities.
• Work closely with engineering, data, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

We are a leading global organisation investing heavily in cloud, data, and AI transformation. This is a permanent Senior Data Architect role based in our London Paddington office, with 2/3 days per week onsite. The salary is £100-115k plus bonus. We are building enterprise-scale data platforms that support advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions, and this role offers the opportunity to shape data strategy and architecture while working with modern cloud technologies.
