Paid Media Consultant Woking (Hybrid | 2 Days in Office) £40,000 - £48,000  Benefits I'm working with an ambitious digital marketing agency looking for a Paid Media Consultant to join their growing team. This is an opportunity for a performance marketer who enjoys combining hands-on campaign management with strategic client consultancy, helping B2B brands drive growth through data-led, multi-channel campaigns.

You'll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Linked In, Reddit, and Spotify, while partnering with specialists across SEO, Mar Tech, Analytics, and Creative to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver paid media strategies for B2B clients. Manage and optimise campaigns across search, social, and emerging channels. Analyse performance data and provide strategic recommendations. Work closely with CRM, Data, and Mar Tech teams to improve attribution and lead generation. Present insights and results to clients and stakeholders. Drive innovation through testing and AI-powered tools. Support best practice and continuous improvement across the paid media team.

About You 3 years' experience in Paid Media, PPC, or Performance Marketing. Agency-side B2B experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and Linked In. Experience using AI tools within campaign management and optimisation. Familiarity with Hub Spot, Salesforce, GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel. Confident client-facing communicator with strong analytical skills. Why Apply? £40,000 - £48,000 salary. Hybrid working (2 days in Woking).
