We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead to take end-to-end ownership of testing across multiple component teams for a commercial insurance program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in integration testing
, API/web service testing (JSON/SOAP), and excellent stakeholder management skills. A solid understanding of commercial insurance concepts is essential, and experience with Selenium automation will be considered an advantage.

• Lead the end-to-end test strategy
  , planning, execution, and release readiness across multiple component teams.
• Define and implement the integration testing approach between services and systems, ensuring comprehensive cross-team test coverage.
• Design, develop, and execute functional
  , regression
  , and integration test suites. Ensure defects are logged, tracked, triaged, and resolved efficiently.
• Validate APIs and message formats using JSON and SOAP
  , leveraging SoapUI or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate closely with product owners

  , developers
  , and operations teams to identify and resolve system-level issues and manage dependencies.
• Establish and maintain test metrics
  , dashboards, and quality gates to inform release decisions and promote continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide both manual and automation testers, reviewing test artifacts to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Participate in release planning

• Proven experience leading end-to-end and integration testing across multiple teams in a complex program environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise in API/web service testing using JSON and SOAP protocols.
• Proficiency in tools such as SoapUI (or similar) for REST and SOAP API validation.
• Solid understanding of commercial insurance concepts
