- Provide thorough manual and exploratory testing across relevant Salesforce and Web tickets
- Apply risk-based testing according to the nature and impact of each change
- Prioritize regression testing beyond happy-path checks
- Extend and complement existing AIO automation
- Identify additional tooling or approaches for better coverage or maintainability
- Work alongside the existing QA lead on hands-on automation builds
- Collaborate with the QA lead and engineering team to raise QA standards across tooling and process
- Partner with Business Systems and engineering leads to prioritize coverage based on commercial risk
- Report to Business Systems Engineering leadership on release risk and quality metrics
- Strong hands-on manual and exploratory testing experience across web applications and, ideally, CRM/Salesforce environments
- Experience automating tests using JavaScript/Type Script frameworks (e.g. Nightwatch.js, Cypress, Playwright)
- Experience with API and integration testing, including validating data flows between Salesforce, web applications and third-party systems
- Comfortable splitting time between hands-on ticket testing and automation work
- Comfortable manually testing tickets and contributing to an automation framework
- Collaborative approach that complements and supports the existing QA lead's automation strategy
- Pragmatic prioritization of automation while maintaining day-to-day Salesforce and Web coverage
Demonstrates expertise in manual and exploratory testing within Salesforce and web applications, with a strong focus on automation using JavaScript/Type Script frameworks. Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance QA standards and prioritize testing based on commercial risk.
